Get rid of guilt. Connect with other students studying for the ACT. Find support from a teacher or tutor. Trust yourself. Learn and practice better study habits. Turn off all technology. Research demonstrates that we lose 10 IQ points when distracted. Be Zen like, do the work, exercise, eat, and sleep.
