FinnPREP provides individualized experiences in math and reading for students in grades 6-12.

·     An enrichment program is designed for students who require a higher level of learning than they are getting in the classroom. These types of programs provide more advanced material for students to keep them engaged and excited about learning.

·     If your child is giving clues that he or she is bored at school, it’s important to pay attention to the signs before it becomes a bigger issue. Once you know your child needs a bit more of a challenge, you can take action to get your child excited about learning again. We can help your child learn advanced topics and processes.

AP Test Prep & Tutoring Method

Prepare

When FinnPREP student tutors begin working with your teen, they start by listening. What’s holding your teen back? What’s going on in the classroom or during the test? This helps tutors prepare a customized tutoring or AP prep plan, including identifying poor study habits, test-taking mental blocks, insecurity, or lack of subject comprehension. This plan is shared with teens and parents, so everyone knows what to expect.

Practice

When working to boost performance in a subject area or to prepare for an AP exam, it’s crucial to review learning materials often. Our student tutoring services help teens understand the importance of frequent review and test them often to ensure they are absorbing the information necessary to boost grades and test scores. FinnPREP tutors are academic coaches: they are excellent at motivating teens and supporting them in their journey to success.
